China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. Junhu Tong as Chairman, Executive Director, and CEO, effective August 2, 2024, due to retirement policy compliance. The company expressed its gratitude to Mr. Tong for his leadership and contributions as it transitions to interim leadership by Mr. Guan, a seasoned mining engineer, while awaiting the appointment of a new Chairman and CEO.
