China Glass Secures New Framework Agreements

China Glass Holdings Limited (HK:3300) has released an update.

China Glass Holdings Limited has announced the continuation of its business relationships with Triumph Group Company through the establishment of new framework agreements for product supply and engineering procurement that will commence upon the expiration of existing agreements in 2024. These agreements are subject to approval by independent shareholders due to their connected person status under Listing Rules. The company will convene a Special General Meeting to seek the necessary approvals for these transactions.
