Key resolutions included the adoption of audited financial statements, re-election of board members, and the re-appointment of BDO Limited as the auditor for the upcoming year. Additionally, shareholders granted the Directors mandates to repurchase up to 10% of company shares and to issue additional shares not exceeding 20% of the total shares in issue.
