China Gas Holdings has announced the formation of a joint venture with Smart Energy, Shining Innovation, and Dragon Media to invest in biomass energy projects. The joint venture, which will become a subsidiary of China Gas Holdings, will see Smart Energy hold a 60% share, while Shining Innovation and Dragon Media hold 30% and 10% respectively. This move aligns with the company’s strategy to expand its renewable energy portfolio.
