China Gas Holdings Limited has announced a final dividend of HKD 0.35 per share for the financial year ending 31 March 2024, with a scrip option priced at HKD 6.61 per share. Shareholders can elect to receive their dividend in cash or as additional shares, with the election closing on 20 September 2024. Fractional shares from the scrip dividend will be paid in cash, and the payment date is set for 04 October 2024.
