China Gas Holdings Limited announced successful approval of all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 21, 2024, including the adoption of audited financial statements, director re-elections, and a final dividend declaration of HK35 cents per share. The company’s shareholders also granted general mandates for share repurchase and issuance, along with the adoption of new Bye-laws.
