This expanded mandate gives the board greater flexibility to tap onshore and offshore debt markets to support the firm’s funding needs and balance sheet management.
Under this authorization, the company has completed the issuance of its 2026 fourth tranche of short-term commercial paper on 9 February 2026. The RMB4 billion issue, priced at RMB100 per unit with a 302‑day term and a 1.67% coupon, will be used to supplement working capital, bolstering liquidity for day‑to‑day operations and potentially supporting business growth.
