This decision marks a significant shift as the Fund will liquidate its portfolio, cease normal business activities, and distribute cash to stockholders. The Fund’s shares will stop trading on the NYSE after October 29, 2025, and the primary distribution of liquidation proceeds is expected on October 31, 2025. The liquidation will generally be a taxable event for U.S. federal income tax purposes.
