China Frontier Technology Group, previously known as Wisdom Sports Group, has announced the resignation of Mr. Chan Kui Ming as company secretary and his cessation as an authorized representative, effective from July 31, 2024. Mr. Wong Ka Sing has been appointed as the new company secretary and authorized representative. Both the company and Mr. Chan report no disagreements, and the Board expresses gratitude to Mr. Chan for his contributions while welcoming Mr. Wong.
