Shareholders are entitled to vote in person or appoint proxies, and the voting will be conducted by poll according to the company’s bye-laws. In case of severe weather conditions, the meeting may be rescheduled, with announcements to be made on the company’s and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited’s websites.
