China Foods Limited Proposes New Auditor

China Foods Limited (HK:0506) has released an update.

China Foods Limited has announced the proposed appointment of Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited as their new auditor for the year 2024, following PricewaterhouseCoopers’ retirement at the conclusion of the recent AGM. The Board, with the Audit Committee’s recommendation, finds Baker Tilly suitably qualified and experienced for the position. Shareholder approval for this appointment will be sought at an upcoming special general meeting.
