China Financial Services Holdings Limited is pleased to announce a financial assistance transaction in which they have agreed to provide a six-month loan of RMB3,000,000 at an interest rate of 13.2% per annum to Customer DZ. This transaction, which exceeds the 5% threshold but remains below 25% of the company’s applicable percentage ratio, is classified as a discloseable transaction under the Listing Rules. The loan, secured based on the borrower’s strong net worth and the short-term nature of the deal, will be financed through the company’s general working capital.
