China Financial International Investments Limited has announced a change in its corporate structure, with Mr. Wong Tsz Lun stepping down as company secretary and authorised representative, effective from 24 July 2024. He is succeeded by Mr. Hui Ching Yat, a newly admitted solicitor with expertise in company listings and compliance. The company’s board conveyed appreciation for Mr. Wong’s services and welcomed Mr. Hui to his new role.
