China Evergrande New Energy Vehicle Group has announced the cessation of discussions regarding a potential share transfer with a prospective buyer, leading to the end of the offer period that began in May 2024. Despite the halted negotiations, the company remains in search of new potential buyers to offload its shares. Trading of the company’s shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange is set to resume on October 28, 2024, following a brief halt.
