The latest update is out from China Everbright Water ( (SG:U9E) ).
China Everbright Water has convened its annual general meeting for 22 April 2026 in Singapore, where shareholders will review the directors’ statement, audited financial results for the year ended 31 December 2025, and a proposed final dividend. The board is recommending a one-tier tax-exempt final dividend of 4.22 Hong Kong cents per share, a reduction in total directors’ fees compared with 2024, and the re-election of two directors, alongside the reappointment of KPMG as auditors in both Singapore and Hong Kong.
Shareholders will also vote on granting the board a general mandate to allot and issue new shares and related instruments under the listing rules in Singapore and Hong Kong. If approved, this authority would give management additional flexibility to raise capital or pursue corporate actions, potentially supporting future expansion or balance sheet needs while influencing dilution and capital structure considerations for investors.
