China Everbright Water Limited has announced the renewal of its continuing connected transactions through the 2026-2028 Framework Agreements. These agreements cover various services including deposit, loan, underwriting, advisory, sludge treatment, hazardous waste treatment, property lease, and employee healthcare protection. The renewal extends the agreements for three years, starting from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028. The transactions are considered continuing connected transactions under the SEHK Listing Rules, subject to reporting and annual review requirements, but exempt from circular and independent shareholders’ approval due to the applicable percentage ratios.
