China Everbright Water ( (SG:U9E) ) just unveiled an update.
China Everbright Water Limited has announced its intention to issue the 2025 Third Tranche Medium Term Notes (MTNs) with a principal amount of RMB700 million to institutional investors in mainland China. The issuance is subject to market conditions and, if proceeded with, is expected to occur in early June 2025. The proceeds will be used to redeem existing perpetual medium-term notes, and the issuance has been rated ‘AAA’ by Shanghai Brilliance Credit Rating & Investors Service Co., Ltd.
