The agreement, effective from January 1 to December 31, 2025, is considered a continuing connected transaction under Hong Kong’s listing rules, subject to specific reporting and review requirements. This move indicates a strategic collaboration aimed at meeting CEWL’s energy demands while adhering to regulatory standards.
