China Everbright Greentech Ltd. is planning a major transaction involving the establishment of an Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) program in collaboration with AXA SPDB AM. The company aims to transfer assets valued at no less than RMB653 million to institutional investors in China. Shareholder approval will be sought through written consent, allowing the transaction to proceed without convening a general meeting.
