China Education Group Holdings Limited has announced the upcoming retirements of executive directors Mr. Yu Guo and Mr. Xie Ketao, effective 27 June 2024, who wish to dedicate more time to their families. Dr. Yu Kai and Mr. Wang Rui will be appointed as the new Co-chairmen upon their departure. The company has reassured that these changes will not affect the controlling shareholders and that both outgoing directors leave without any disagreements.
