China Ecotourism Group Limited reported a significant operating loss of HK$259.48 million for the year ended 30 June 2024, compared to a loss of HK$160.18 million in the previous 18-month period. The company also experienced a substantial loss per share of HK$1.76, deepening from a loss of HK$1.42 per share. These financial challenges are attributed to increased general and administrative expenses, losses on asset disposals, and deconsolidation of a subsidiary.
