China Ecotourism Group Limited has announced significant changes to their leadership team, effective from September 4, 2024. Mr. DI Ling has stepped down as Chairman and chairman of the Nomination Committee, while Mr. JIA Muyun has taken over as Executive Director and Chairman. Additionally, Mr. QIU Peiyuan resigned as an Executive Director and Mr. CHEN Jianhua was appointed as the President of the Group.
