China Eastern Airlines Director Retires

China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited Class H (HK:0670) has released an update.

China Eastern Airlines has announced the resignation of Mr. Jiang Jiang, who has reached statutory retirement age, from his role as the employee representative director and a member of the Aviation Safety and Environment Committee. His departure is effective as of 9 July 2024 and does not affect the Board’s minimum quorum or the company’s operations. Mr. Jiang has stated that there are no disagreements or undisclosed matters concerning his resignation.
