China East Education Holdings Limited announced successful passage of all resolutions at their AGM on June 7, 2024, with near-unanimous support for the adoption of audited financial statements, re-election of directors, and re-appointment of auditors. Shareholders also approved a final dividend of HK$0.2 per share and gave mandates for the issue and repurchase of company shares. The total number of issued shares was 2,178,851,302, and no shareholders were restricted from voting or indicated opposition to the proposed resolutions.
