China East Education Holdings Limited announced successful passage of all resolutions at their AGM on June 7, 2024, with near-unanimous support for the adoption of audited financial statements, re-election of directors, and re-appointment of auditors. Shareholders also approved a final dividend of HK$0.2 per share and gave mandates for the issue and repurchase of company shares.
