China Dongxiang (Group) Co., Ltd. has announced a change in its auditor from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, effective 30 September 2024, to enhance corporate governance and cost-effectiveness. The Board, with the Audit Committee’s recommendation, believes that the new appointment will not impact the annual audit materially and is in the best interest of the company and its shareholders. The company expressed gratitude to PwC for their past services and confirmed there were no unresolved issues or disagreements leading to the change.
