China Display Optoelectronics Technology Holdings Ltd has appointed Mr. WANG Xinfu as an executive Director, effective from 27 August 2024. With a rich history at the company since 2004, Mr. WANG has risen through various technical and leadership roles, most recently overseeing the delivery centre operations. His new tenure as a director is set for three years, with the possibility of renewal, and he holds just over 2.6 million shares in the company.
