China Daye Non-Ferrous Metals Mining Limited has announced a scheduled Special General Meeting (SGM) on July 30, 2024, to approve the CCIA Services Framework Agreement and the Proposed Annual Caps. Shareholders must register transfers by July 25 to vote, as the member register will close from July 26 to July 30. The company will soon send out the circular and notice of the SGM along with a proxy form to its shareholders.
