China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co. Limited has successfully issued the first tranche of 2024 mid-term notes on July 23, 2024, raising RMB 1 billion with a 3-year term and a 2.08% interest rate. The issuance, underwritten by CSC Financial and other joint lead underwriters, aims to replace existing interest-bearing debt and has been conducted publicly in the national inter-bank bond market.
