China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co. Ltd. has announced the resignation of Ms. Bai Xuemei as the employee representative supervisor due to work adjustments, effective from August 2, 2024. She leaves with no disagreements with the Board or the Supervisory Committee. Mr. Wang Xinlu has been elected to succeed her, bringing his extensive financial management experience to the role without additional remuneration for the position.
