China Datang Corp. Renewable Power Co. Ltd. has announced a capital increase agreement for a total of RMB165.30 million to fund the Datang Shouguang Base Photovoltaic Project. The additional capital will be contributed by the company and its subsidiaries in proportion to their current shareholdings, ensuring that their respective ownership percentages remain unchanged. This move is in compliance with the connected transaction requirements of the Listing Rules and does not necessitate independent shareholder approval.
