China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co. Ltd. announces the resignation of its chairman, Mr. Li Kai, due to work adjustment, who has stepped down amicably with no disagreements. The company has nominated Mr. Ying Xuejun as the new executive director, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting. Mr. Ying brings extensive industry experience to the role, having held several senior positions within the power generation sector.
