China Construction Bank’s board meeting on October 30, 2024, approved the third quarter capital management report and a dividend distribution plan for its domestic preference shares, totaling RMB2.142 billion. The dividend will be paid to shareholders as of December 25, 2024, at a rate of 3.57% per share. Additionally, the board endorsed its strategic plan and risk management measures for 2024.
