China Conch to Review Key Subsidiary’s Financials

China Conch Venture Holdings (HK:0586) has released an update.

China Conch Venture Holdings Limited has announced that Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited, in which it holds a substantial 49% stake through Conch Holdings, will have a board meeting on August 27, 2024, to discuss its first-half financial results. This is of particular interest to shareholders since Conch Holdings’ earnings significantly contribute to the group’s profit, accounting for approximately 72% and 67% in the past two years.
