China Conch Venture Holdings Limited has announced the approval of a special dividend of HK$0.10 per share at a total payout of approximately HK$179.20 million, to be distributed on November 8, 2024, to shareholders on record as of October 25, 2024. To be eligible for the dividend, shareholders must register their share transfer documents by October 18, 2024.
