China Conch Announces Executive Reshuffle

China Conch Environment Protection Holdings Ltd. (HK:0587) has released an update.

China Conch Environment Protection Holdings Ltd. has announced significant changes to its executive team, effective from 29 August 2024. Mr. Li Xiaobo has stepped down as executive Director and general manager for personal reasons, with Mr. Wang Chunjian taking over the roles as well as joining the Strategy, Sustainability and Risk Management Committee. The company expressed its appreciation for Mr. Li’s contributions and highlighted Mr. Wang’s extensive experience in cement technology and corporate management.
