China Conch Venture Holdings (HK:0586) has released an update.
China Conch Venture Holdings Limited has confirmed that Mr. Chen Xingqiang is now fully qualified to act as the company secretary, in compliance with the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, rendering further waivers unnecessary. Consequently, Mr. Lee Leong Yin will resign from his joint company secretary role, effective from 10 October 2024, leaving Mr. Chen to continue his tenure solo. The Board has expressed appreciation for Mr. Lee’s contributions during his service.
