China Communications Services Sets 2025 AGM With New Share Issuance Mandate

China Communications Services ( (HK:0552) ) just unveiled an announcement.

China Communications Services has called its 2025 annual general meeting for 28 May 2026 in Beijing, where shareholders will review and approve the 2025 consolidated financial statements, directors’ report and the international auditor’s report. The meeting will also consider the proposed 2025 profit distribution and dividend, reappoint KPMG and KPMG Huazhen LLP as international and domestic auditors for 2026, and authorize the board to set their remuneration.

Shareholders will vote on a special mandate allowing the board to issue, allot and deal with up to 20% of the company’s existing domestic shares and H shares, including the sale or transfer of treasury shares, during a defined authorization period. The AGM will further empower the board to increase the company’s registered capital in line with any new share issuance and to amend the articles of association accordingly, reinforcing financial flexibility and potential capital-raising capacity.
