China Communications Services Corporation Limited announced that all resolutions proposed at their Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 20, 2024, were approved by shareholders, including the payment of a final dividend of RMB0.2174 per share for the year ended December 31, 2023, payable on August 16, 2024. Additionally, Mr. Shen Aqiang has been appointed as an executive director of the company effective the same date.
