China Coal Energy Co. has announced that shareholders will review and possibly approve a special dividend payment and an interim profit distribution plan for 2024 at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is set to take place as initially scheduled, and shareholders are encouraged to submit their proxy forms ahead of time. If approved, the special dividend would be distributed to eligible shareholders registered by the set record date.
