China Coal Energy Co. has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.442 per share for the year ended December 31, 2023, which will be paid at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09598, resulting in HKD 0.48442 per share. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by July 5, 2024, to be eligible for the dividend, which will be distributed on August 26, 2024. A withholding tax of 10% will be applied to non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders, with variations depending on the investor’s domicile and investment channel.
