China Coal Energy Co. has announced the resignation of two key independent non-executive directors, Mr. Zhang Chengjie and Ms. Hung Lo Shan Lusan, due to the expiration of term and work adjustment respectively. Their resignations will be effective upon the election of successors, for whom they have no disagreements with the Board. Concurrently, the company has proposed Ms. Zhan Yanjing and Mr. James Kong Tin Wong as their replacement candidates, with their appointments pending shareholder approval.
