China CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. has announced the postponement of its Third Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for 2024, which will now take place on June 28, 2024, instead of the previously scheduled June 26. Consequently, the H Share Register closure has been rescheduled to June 25-28, 2024. Shareholders are reminded to submit their revised proxy forms by the specified deadline if they wish to appoint a proxy for the rescheduled EGM.
