At the recent Annual General Meeting, China CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. successfully passed all proposed resolutions with overwhelming support, as shareholders representing 82.44% of the total voting shares were in attendance. The resolutions, including approval of remuneration plans for directors and supervisors, final financial accounts, and profit distribution for 2023, as well as the fixed asset budget for 2024, were all approved with nearly unanimous votes in favor.
