China CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. has announced that its third extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 2024 will take place on June 26, 2024, in Beijing to consider an external fund donation plan. Shareholders registered by June 20, 2024, will be entitled to attend and vote, with a closure of the H Share register from June 21 to June 26. Voting on resolutions will be conducted by poll at the meeting.
