China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited has announced a final dividend of RMB 3.56 per 10 shares for the year ended December 31, 2023, which translates to HKD 3.906858 per 10 shares based on the current exchange rate. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by July 5, 2024, to be eligible for the dividend, which will be paid on July 31, 2024. Non-resident individuals will be subject to a 10% withholding tax, with potential preferential tax treatments applicable under certain tax agreements.
