China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. has announced its plan to distribute dividends for its offshore preference shares with a record date of November 1, 2024, and a payment date of November 4, 2024. The company has set a post-tax dividend rate of 4.4% and will handle the relevant income tax of 10% on behalf of shareholders, amounting to a total dividend distribution of US$83,111,111.11. CCB Nominees Limited, currently the only registered holder of these shares, will receive the payment, with ultimate investors advised to consult their custodians or intermediaries for details.
