China Cinda Asset Management Co. has announced its 2024 first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for July 24, 2024, in Beijing, to discuss and potentially approve the extension of their Tier-2 Capital Bonds Issuance Plan. Shareholders are required to register by July 18, 2024, to be eligible to vote, with a share transfer freeze from July 19 to July 24.
