China Cinda Asset Management Co. is set to enhance corporate governance and audit quality by nominating Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP and Ernst & Young as its new domestic and international accounting firms for 2024, succeeding the current auditors PricewaterhouseCoopers. The proposed appointment, effective from the 2023 annual general meeting until the end of the 2024 meeting, awaits shareholder approval. The company’s Board has expressed its appreciation to PricewaterhouseCoopers for their professional services.
