China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. has announced an ordinary final dividend of RMB 0.4576 per 10 shares for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. Shareholders will have their dividends subjected to a withholding tax rate of 10% for non-resident individuals and enterprises, with potential tax benefits under certain tax treaties. The dividends are set to be paid on August 16, 2024, following shareholder approval on June 26, 2024.
