China Cinda Corrects Dividend, Sets Payment Date

China Cinda Asset Management Co (HK:1359) has released an update.

China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. has announced an updated final dividend of RMB 0.4576 per 10 shares for the year ended 31 December 2023, payable on 16 August 2024. The announcement corrects the previous dividend amount and details the withholding tax rates for both resident and non-resident shareholders. Dividends for international shareholders are subject to a 10% withholding tax, while domestic investors through stock connect programs face a 20% rate.
